Leggett donated to the County Animal Control & Adoption Center

Emily Gerl received a check for $2,527.38 from Rachel Leggett, a former Girl Scout.

Rachel Leggett gave a sizable donation to the Macoupin County Animal Control & Adoption Center.  Rachel a graduate from Carlinville High School was in Girl Scouts for several years.  She just received her Gold Award in September of this year.  Through her years in Girl Scouts she has fundraised and received donations from different organizations.  Since she aged out of Girl Scouts, she had money left in her account.  With Rachel always liking animals she decided to donate the money, $2,527.38, to the Animal Shelter.
