Carlinville Public Library book fair on Sept. 20

A big selection of high-quality reading materials at low prices will be available during the Carlinville Public Library Book Fair on Sept. 20 from 9 a.m. to noon.

This will be the library’s fourth annual book sale, which has been a successful fund-raiser in the past.

The library will accept a donation of $1 per book. The fair will feature a wide array of reading material, including fiction, biography, how-to, cooking, philosophy, travel, history, and holidays. There will be many children’s selections as well.

Unlike the past sales, which were outside the library, the Book Fair will be inside, in the main conference room. Books will be neatly organized on tables, for easy browsing.
