Bradley James Ball

Bradley James Ball of Glenrock, Wyoming passed away July 1, 2025. He was born April 3, 1963 in Torrington, WY. Brad was the son of the late Lyle Ball of Larange, WY and Alice (Bock) Bown of Carlinville.

Brad was a friendly person who enjoyed keeping in contact with old and new friends. During Brad’s working years, his most enjoyable job was being a ranch hand in Wyoming. Being a ranch hand fit Brad because he enjoyed the camaraderie of working with various people on the ranch. He was also very proud of his son Ronald, and really thought a lot of Ronald’s fiancée, Colby. In the last year, he enjoyed helping them out by watching their dog, Sister, when they had to be away from home. Brad really enjoyed watching movies. Brad loved talking about the movies he watched (and the actors) with his son Ronald. This became one of Ronald’s favorite things do to do with his dad.

He is survived by a son, Ronald (Colby) Ball of Glenrock, WY; two step-daughters, Brittany Chadwick and Ashley Puryear; four step-grandchildren, Kaytlynn and Lincoln Chadwick, and Jacen and Jaxon Puryear; his mother, Alice Bown of Carlinville; four brothers, Dale Ball of Modesto, Russ Ball of Carlinville, Bill (Mary) Bown of Arapahoe, NC and Kenny Bown of Carlinville; two sisters, Kelly (John) Clark of Palmyra, and Mary (Matt) Ray of Litchfield; nine nieces and nephews, Chris and Colt Ball, Dustin (Shantel) Ball, Kaylind (Josh) Youngburg, Heather (Daniel) Clark, Tara (James) Clark, and Jay (Paeton) Clark, Brandon and Nathan Bown, and Manley and Nautika Bown, and Deja Taylor.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle Ball; step-father, David Bangert; grandparents, Wilber and Marge Bock; Katherine and Albert Kennedy; Cecil and Alice Ball.
