Super Summer Weekend

Carlinville had their most action packed weekend of the year on July 26. They featured a car show, Chalk It Up, street entertainments on Daley Street Alley, Flotilla parade, sidewalk sales and Taste of Carlinville.

Most of the shops along the square were having sidewalk sales on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  A lot of bargains could be found and was a great way to discover all of the different stores.  Most of the shoppers found going into the stores was a relief from the heat and could find more bargains inside.
