Margaret Bollman Bet

Margaret Bollman Bet passed away April 19,2024 at her home in Arcata, California.

She was born Dec. 28, 1929 in Litchfield, the daughter of August (“Newt”) and Lounetta Bollman.

She graduated from the Gillespie Community High School in 1947. She attended Blackburn College and Brown’s Business College.

In 1950 she married Donald Bet of Benld.

She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Bet of Bellingham, Washington; her son James of Lynnwood, Washington; sister, Dorothy Bollman of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Elizabeth (“Betty”) Bollman Snyder and two sons, John and Andrew.
